How we use information you share when you contact Cloudflow.
Who is responsible for your information
Cloudflow LTD is responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@cloudflow365.com, or write to Cloudflow LTD, 5 Ryefield Close, Solihull, England, B91 1PP.
Enquiries
When you submit the contact form, Cloudflow receives the name, work email, company (if provided), area of interest and project message that you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
For ordinary business enquiries, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to enquiries about our services. If you ask us to take specific steps towards a contract with you, we may instead rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry information only to manage and respond to the enquiry, do not use it for marketing, and delete it within 12 months. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting privacy@cloudflow365.com.
Your submission is processed by our Azure contact service and sent using Microsoft Graph. The enquiry is stored in Microsoft 365. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps us prevent automated contact form submissions. It processes limited browser and device signals for this security check and does not access the contents of your form submission. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry information for a maximum of 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us about the personal information you have shared, request its correction or deletion, or object to our use of it based on legitimate interests by emailing privacy@cloudflow365.com.
